PSA Youth Academy – Terms & Conditions

By registering with PSA Youth Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all players, parents/guardians, and website users.

1. Registration & Payment

  • Registration becomes valid only after full payment is received via in-person or bank transfer.

  • PSA Youth Academy reserves the right to refuse participation until payment is confirmed.

 

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All payments made to PSA Youth Academy are non-refundable once participation has begun.

  • If a participant has made full payment but has not yet attended or participated in any training sessions, they may request a 75% refund.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing before the player’s first session.

  • Exceptions (such as long-term injury or relocation) may still be considered on a case-by-case basis at the academy’s discretion.

 

3. Code of Conduct

  • Players are expected to behave with respect, discipline, and sportsmanship at all times.

  • PSA Youth Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove players for serious misconduct or repeated breach of academy rules.

 

4. Media Consent

  • By registering, you agree that photos and videos taken during training, matches, or academy events may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

  • If you do not consent, please inform the academy in writing via email.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including photos, videos, logos, and written materials, is the property of PSA Youth Academy or its design partner, BeTechDesign.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Changes to Programs

  • PSA Youth Academy reserves the right to adjust training schedules, coaching staff, or locations when necessary.

  • Players and parents will be informed of changes in advance whenever possible.

 

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • By submitting a registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
